I've been seeing this floral dress pop up on Pinterest a lot lately and I couldn't resist giving it a try. The blue floral print reminds me so much of a tea cup from a fancy set of china. The dress is under $20 and takes one to two weeks to arrive after you've ordered it. It's surprisingly good quality for the price but it probably won't be an heirloom piece that you'll pass down to your grandchildren. The print is super pretty and the color is very vibrant but the skirt is a tad short. I'm 5'8" and this is about as short as I feel comfortable wearing. Bottom line: it's pretty, feminine, and a great bargain!
