On July 10, 2013, Chris and I were married ten years to the day that we became a couple so today is our one year wedding anniversary and our eleven year couple anniversary! This year has flown by so fast and has been so full of love, fun, and happiness! I can't help but indulge a bit and post a few (okay, a lot) of photos from our big day.
We had a very small destination wedding in NYC. Our ceremony was in the Ladies Pavilion in Central Park which is also where Chris proposed. We took a private double decker bus tour so our friends and family could see the city. After our tour, the bus dropped us off in Bryant Park and we had a private dinner reception at the Bryant Park Grill. Sylvia Weinstock made our beautiful wedding cake with sugar peonies and it was seriously the most delicious cake I've ever had!
I designed and made most of what I wore - the headband, my dress, and my clutch. My shoes are by Valentino. As far as beauty, I stuck to my normal makeup mix of Tarte and Bare Minerals and my very favorite Miss Dior perfume. I wore Chanel Rouge Coco in Magnolia 117 and Levres Scintillantes Glossimer in Petit Peche 148, as well as Essie polish in Mademoiselle and Set in Stones.
