Happy Fourth of July Eve! I've planned a super festive menu for tomorrow so we'll pretty much be spending the day eating and trying not to melt in the heat. Is anyone planning a fun cookout? We'll be doing a cook-in since we're in an apartment downtown. City people problems! We live in such a great place for holidays that involve fireworks because we can usually see at least two different fireworks shows from our balcony! We all love it but our pets definitely don't.
